Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your Equalize account, along with all related data, transactions, budgets, and personal information, you can do that directly from the app without contacting support first.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, all of your data stored in the cloud and on the device will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Data in the App
- Open the Equalize app and sign in to your account.
- In the navigation menu (Side Menu or Bottom Bar), open the Profile tab.
- In the "Privacy" section, tap Delete all my data.
- A confirmation warning will appear on the screen. Read it carefully.
- To confirm deletion, you must type the word DELETE in the indicated field.
- Tap the confirmation button.
After this process, your session will end and all data linked to your user will be immediately removed from our database.
Request Through Support
If you no longer have access to the app (for example, you lost your phone or uninstalled the app) and still want your data deleted, you can contact our support team.
Send an email to tiago@tecsem.com.br from the same email address registered on your Equalize account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", and we will confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
